About this role: As the Coordinator of the Peaceful Pathways Safe Exchange Program, you will play a key role in supporting families navigating co-parenting and custody arrangements following experiences of family violence. This position is responsible for client case management, staff coordination and training, program delivery, and associated administrative duties.
You will help foster a safe and welcoming environment for families by completing client intakes and orientations, facilitating supervised safe exchanges, and delivering both 1-1 and group programming for both caregivers and children (with appropriate training provided).

Responsibilities:
· Client case management of The Peaceful Pathways Safe Exchange program
· Provide one-to-one support to families
· Maintain up-to-date documentation of client contact notes
· Schedule and facilitate exchanges
· Facilitate group and 1-1 programs as needed, including at the Hub Family Resource Centre Anzac location
· Create a safe, and friendly environment for exchanges
· Promote the Peaceful Pathways Program to community members and partners through community engagement initiatives as directed by Director of Family Services
· Ensure all appropriate procedures are followed
· Attend community meetings and engage with fellow service providers as directed by the Director of Family Services
· Train newly hired program Facilitators
· Complete and submit monthly reports to the Director of Family Services
· Maintain accurate statistics for the program
· Collect and report accurate outcome measurement monthly
Certifications:
· RCMP & Child & Youth Intervention Check
· Class 5 Drivers License and acceptable Driver’s Abstract
· First Aid
· Proof of educational qualifications
· Registration with the Alberta College of Social Workers (ACSW) if applicable
· Bachelor of Social Work/ Bachelor of Arts (Major in Psychology, Sociology, or Criminology) or diploma with significant related work experience.

Hours of Work: 37.5 hours per week
Monday 8:30 – 4:30
Tuesday 8:30 – 4:30
Wednesday 12:00 – 8:00
Thursday 12:00 – 8:00
Friday 10:00-6:00
Other evenings and weekends as required
Pay: From $34.00 per hour
