Programs

Program offerings change each week depending on the time of the year and based on demand. Weekly programming is by registration one week in advance and first-come, first-served. Programs often fill quickly so registration is highly recommended.

WEEKLY PROGRAMMING

AGES & STAGES FOLLOW ALONG (0-6 Years)

This program helps you understand your child’s development and milestones, learn what to expect as they grow, and discover fun activities to support learning and development at home.

BITTY BABIES (Newborns to crawling)

Learn new tools to help interact with your babies in ways that support secure attachment, communication, and brain development.

DROP-IN PLAY (0-6 Years)

Families can drop in during this time and play at The Hub. Family Support Workers will be available to offer support and answer questions. No pre-registration required.

INDIGENOUS FAMILIES’ GATHERING

Whether you're a parent, grandparent, kinship or foster caregiver, or a non-Indigenous spouse, all families are welcome, especially those with children ages 0 to 12 (older kids are always welcome too). This is a 2SLGBTQ+ safe space where everyone seeking connection to Indigenous culture can belong. Come as you are!

KIMOCHIS (0-12 Years)

Feelings can be messy… Kimochis® can help! This program engages children in a fun and exciting way, while helping them understand emotions.

Kimochis® is a tool with simple, practical lessons that children love – because it’s fun, easy, and it works.

LITTLE EXPLORERS (Crawling - 3 Years)

This program supports physical, cognitive, language, social, and emotional development through engaging, play-based activities that encourage curiosity, learning, creativity, and connection.

MOMentum

This program is for caregivers of all gender identities and gender expressions who identify themselves as moms or mom figures. This includes trans moms, non-binary moms, cis moms, aunts, and other mom caregiver figures. This program gives them a safe and encouraging space to learn strategies to help through the ups and downs of motherhood.

MONTHLY MULTICULTURAL POTLUCK

The Monthly Multicultural Potluck is a vibrant, inclusive event designed to celebrate the rich tapestry of cultures within our community. Each month, we gather to share new cuisines, learn about different traditions, and foster cross-cultural connections.
